Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys.

You will collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams, supporting Power Platform integrations and data visualization with PowerBI. Requires CRM experience and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• MS Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• MS Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM.
• Proficiency in CRM modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain and improve Power Pages / Power Apps portals; customize entities, workflows, forms, dashboards.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings; monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
