Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize our CRM platform with a strong focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM aligns with business goals and drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include module configuration, customization, integrations via Power Platform, and assisting the BI team with PowerBI reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert certification preferred.
Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals.
Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
