Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure and optimize the CRM platform, focusing on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will work with Power Platform, Dataverse, and PowerBI to deliver data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include CRM customization, integrations, and end-user support for the Marketing group, with collaboration across IT and business teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM.
• Proficiency in Sales, Service, and Marketing CRM modules.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration and customization.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), and Dataverse.
• Experience with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting and data visualization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Maintain Power Pages / Power Apps portals and customize entities, forms, and dashboards.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings; monitor performance.
• Use Power Platform tools for integration, automation, and data workflows.
• Support BI with PowerBI reports and CRM analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide end-user training and documentation; ensure alignment with governance.
