Job summary

LATICRETE International, a global leader in tile installation solutions, seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform with focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams, customize entities and dashboards, and support Power Platform integrations and PowerBI reporting to drive CRM excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required; Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements; manage security settings.
