Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize our CRM platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM aligns with business needs.

The role involves Power Platform tools, Dataverse, PowerBI, and enterprise-wide data integration. You will customize entities, workflows, and dashboards and provide end-user training to support CRM adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM experience.
• Proficiency in Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain and improve Power Pages / Power Apps portals.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Use Power Automate and Power Apps for integration and automation.
• Assist BI with PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
