Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform focused on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to align the CRM with strategic initiatives and improve customer-facing analytics.

The role involves customizing entities, dashboards, and workflows, while supporting data integration, reporting, and end-user training in a fast-paced, global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• MS Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert certification preferred.
• Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM.
• CRM modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of data integrity best practices.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Experience with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting and data visualization preferred.
• Working knowledge of CRM application security standards and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Cooperation - maintain positive, cooperative attitude with all employees.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain and improve Power Pages / Power Apps portals.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize Power Platform tools for system integration and automation.
• Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems.
• Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Maintain CRM change-management process.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align CRM with enterprise goals.
