Job summary

LATICRETE International in Detroit is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize our Dynamics365 platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM aligns with business goals and drives customer insights and growth.

The role requires hands-on experience with Dynamics365 CRM, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power BI, and security best practices, plus strong communication and training skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for system integration, custom workflow development and automation.
• Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems.
• Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards to support CRM business intelligence needs.
• Work with stakeholders and technical leadership to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
