Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize our CRM platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to align CRM with business needs and strategic goals.

The role involves integration using Power Platform tools, data visualization with PowerBI, and end-user support for the Marketing group. Strong CRM architecture knowledge and security practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required. Master’s degree preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM.
• Proficiency in Sales, Service, and Marketing CRM modules.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration and customization.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), and Dataverse.
• Experience with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting and data visualization preferred.
• Working knowledge of CRM application security standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize Power Platform tools for system integration and automation.
• Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems.
• Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports & dashboards for CRM BI needs.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users.
