Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Dynamics365 Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
- Develop integrations using Power Automate and Power Apps; support Power BI dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide end-user training and maintain CRM change-management processes.
- Ensure data integrity and CRM security best practices.
