Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the Dynamics365 platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys.

You will support CRM customization, integrate using Power Platform tools, and contribute to data visualization efforts with PowerBI, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align CRM with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification required; Expert preferred.
• Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on CRM experience with Dynamics365 or Salesforce.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse is essential.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Dynamics365 modules for Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Develop and maintain Power Pages / Power Apps portals and dashboards.
• Integrate systems using Power Platform tools and support BI reporting with PowerBI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide end-user training and maintain CRM change-management processes.
