Job summary

LATICRETE International in Michigan seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You'll support CRM customization, integrations using Power Platform tools, and contribute to data visualization with PowerBI.

You will collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM aligns with business needs and strategic initiatives, while providing end-user training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field; master’s preferred.
• D365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• 2+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 or Salesforce CRM experience.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, Marketing.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Implement Power Platform integrations via Power Automate/Apps.
• Assist BI with PowerBI reports and dashboards for CRM insights.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
