Job summary

Toppan Merrill LLC seeks a Platform Manager to drive strategic direction and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and partner with business and technology teams to improve processes and user experience.

The role requires deep Dynamics 365 experience, strong governance, and data security discipline, with collaboration across stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM or similar CRM in a service org.
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of Dataverse and API integrations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Dynamics 365 CRM product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Collaborate with business leaders, end users, IT, and stakeholders to define opportunities for platform enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features, defects, and improvements based on value, risk, and resources.
• Lead product discovery, backlog refinement, and sprint planning; participate in UAT and releases.
• Ensure governance, security, data integrity, and system sustainability.
