Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to manage configuration, customization, and optimization of the Dynamics365 platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys.

The role requires strong skills in Power Platform integration, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse, plus experience in BI reporting with PowerBI. You will collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure CRM alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in IT/CS or related field; Master’s preferred.
• D365 CRM Associate cert required; Expert cert preferred.
• Power Platform Developer cert strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, Marketing.
• Integrate systems using Power Platform tools and automate workflows.
• Develop PowerBI reports and dashboards for CRM BI needs.
• Provide end-user training and documentation for Marketing.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align CRM with enterprise goals.
