Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, optimize, and customize our CRM landscape, with emphasis on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will work with Power Platform tools for integration and data visualization, collaborating with IT and business teams to align CRM with strategic goals.

The role requires CRM certification, 2+ years of hands-on experience, and the ability to manage security, workflows, and dashboards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• CRM Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• Power Platform Developer Associate certification preferred.
• 2+ years hands-on Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM experience.
• Proficient in Sales, Service, and Marketing CRM modules.
• Strong understanding of CRM integration, customization, and security.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain Power Pages / Power Apps portals and dashboards.
• Develop and optimize workflows using Power Automate; integrate with Dataverse.
• Assist BI team with PowerBI reports and CRM analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
