Job summary

LATICRETE International is hiring a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, customize, and optimize the CRM platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will support integrations, data visualization with PowerBI, and cross-functional collaboration to align CRM with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years with Dynamics365 or similar CRM, strong certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, and experience in BI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate cert required; Expert cert preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate cert strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on with Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM; CRM modules Sales, Service, Marketing knowledge.
• Strong data integrity, security, and integration capabilities expected.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain Power Pages / Power Apps portals and dashboards.
• Integrate via Power Platform tools and support Dataverse integrations.
• Develop PowerBI reports/dashboards to support CRM BI needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders; provide training and end-user documentation.
• Enforce CRM change-management processes and security standards.
