Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the Dynamics365 platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will support CRM customization, integrations via Power Platform, and data visualization using PowerBI.

The role collaborates with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure CRM alignment with business goals, security standards, and enterprise architecture, while enabling efficient user support and training.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integration and customization.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas), and Dataverse.
• Familiarity with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting and data visualization.
• Working knowledge of CRM application security standards and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings; monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Develop integrations using Power Platform tools for system integration and automation.
• Assist BI team in creating PowerBI reports and dashboards for CRM insights.
• Provide end-user training and maintain CRM change-management processes.
