Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics 365 Administrator to configure, customize, and optimize the CRM platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will work with Power Platform tools for integration and data visualization, collaborating with IT and business teams to meet organizational goals.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of Dynamics365/CRM experience, strong knowledge of Sales/Service/Marketing modules, and Power Automate/Power Apps skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required. Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain Dynamics365 modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM aligns with business needs.
• Develop and maintain Power Pages/Power Apps portals and dashboards.
• Support BI team with PowerBI reports and CRM data visualization.
• Assist with CRM change-management processes and end-user training.
