Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• MS Dynamics 365 CRM certification is required; Expert preferred.
• MS Power Platform Developer Associate certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• CRM Administration & Customization: configure/maintain Sales, Service, Marketing modules.
• Integration & Reporting: use Power Platform for integration and BI reporting.
• Collaboration & Support: gather requirements, provide end-user support and training.
• Maintain CRM security and change-management processes.
