LATICRETE International, a global leader in tile and stone installation systems, is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to optimize CRM, fulfill marketing insights, and drive data-driven decisions.

You will configure Sales, Service, and Marketing modules, build Power Platform automations, and partner with IT to deliver reliable BI reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Develop integrations using Power Platform and build dashboards in PowerBI.
• Provide end-user training and maintain CRM change-management processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure CRM aligns with goals.
