You will configure Sales, Service, and Marketing modules, build Power Platform automations, and partner with IT to deliver reliable BI reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field required; Master’s preferred.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing.
Develop integrations using Power Platform and build dashboards in PowerBI.
Provide end-user training and maintain CRM change-management processes.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure CRM aligns with goals.
