LATICRETE International, a global leader in tile and stone installation systems, seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will work with Power Platform tools and PowerBI to support data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide end-user training, adhere to change-management processes, and help drive CRM strategy aligned with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• CRM Administration & Customization: Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules and customize entities, forms, and dashboards.
• Integration & Reporting: Use Power Platform tools for integration and develop PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Collaboration & Support: Gather requirements, train end-users, and ensure CRM alignment with enterprise standards.
