Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Customize forms, dashboards, and workflows to meet business needs.
• Support data integration between Dataverse and other systems.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards for CRM insights.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
