Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform with focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will support CRM customization, integrations via Power Platform, and contribute to data visualization efforts using PowerBI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate cert required; Expert preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate cert strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems and assist BI with PowerBI reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide end‑user training and support for Marketing.
