You will configure modules, integrations, and dashboards while supporting end users and maintaining security and governance across the CRM landscape. Join a global, family-owned company with 70 years in business and strong values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required.
• Power Platform experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards for CRM insights.
• Provide end-user support and training for Marketing group and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure CRM alignment with enterprise architecture.
