Job summary

The Dynamics365 Administrator at LATICRETE International will lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys.

You will support CRM customization and system integration using Power Platform tools, contribute to Power BI reporting, and collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM aligns with business needs and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field is required; master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification is required; expert preferred.
• Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Automate/Apps) and Dataverse.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, Marketing (Customer Insights).
• Customize entities, forms, dashboards; manage user roles and security.
• Develop Power Automate flows and Power Apps portals; integrate systems.
• Assist BI with PowerBI reports and CRM data visualization.
• Provide end-user training and documentation; ensure change management adherence.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align CRM with goals.
