Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure and optimize CRM, focusing on Sales, Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys). You will work with Power Platform tools to integrate systems and support BI efforts with Power BI.

The role requires hands-on Dynamics365 experience, strong problem solving, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Associate certification required; expert preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain Power Pages / Power Apps portals and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
