LATICRETE International seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will support CRM customization, integration using Power Platform tools, and contribute to data visualization using PowerBI across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Maintain Power Pages / Power Apps portals; customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Manage user roles, permissions and security settings; monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize Power Platform tools for system integration and automation.
• Assist BI team with PowerBI reports and dashboards for CRM insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CRM alignment with architecture.
