Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field. Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain and customize Power Pages / Power Apps portals and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to align CRM with enterprise goals.
