Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks a Dynamics 365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform focused on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will support CRM customization, integrations via Power Platform, and assist BI with PowerBI reports.

Qualifications include a IT/CS degree, Dynamics 365 certification, and Power Platform skills; strong problem-solving and communication required in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• Power Platform Developer Associate certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Develop integrations using Power Platform tools and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide end-user training and support.
