Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure and optimize our CRM platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys.

You will customize Sales, Service, and Marketing modules, build Power BI reports, integrate with Power Platform tools, provide end-user training, and collaborate with IT to ensure CRM aligns with business goals. Travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline is required. Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required; Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on CRM experience with Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com.
• Proficiency in Sales, Service, and Marketing CRM modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings; monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for integration and automation.
• Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards for CRM insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
