LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the Dynamics365 platform with a focus on Marketing, Customer Insights Journeys, and CRM integration.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams, customize entities and dashboards, support end users, and contribute to data visualization through PowerBI. Travel friendly with 10% domestic travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM.
• Proficiency in Sales, Service, and Marketing CRM modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize Power Platform tools for system integration, custom workflow development and automation.
• Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems.
• Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards to support CRM BI needs.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Maintain CRM change-management processes and provide end-user training.
