The Dynamics365 Administrator at LATICRETE International will oversee configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Dynamics365 platform, focusing on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will support CRM customization, data integration, and BI efforts using PowerBI, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align CRM with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of Dynamics365 or Salesforce experience, relevant certifications, and a track record of delivering end-to-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Maintain and optimize Power Pages / Power Apps portals and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into solutions.
• Support data integration between Dataverse and other systems, and assist BI with PowerBI reports.
