Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics 365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize our CRM platform focused on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You will collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM aligns with business goals and supports strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes Power Platform integration, data visualization with Power BI, user security, and change management, plus training and documentation for end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required; master’s preferred.
• D365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Manage Power Pages / Power Apps portals and dashboards; customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for integration, custom workflow development and automation.
• Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems.
• Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards for CRM insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Maintain CRM change-management processes; provide end-user training and documentation.
