Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Dynamics365 platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams to tailor CRM modules, build dashboards in Power BI, and support data-driven initiatives across sales, service, and marketing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred.
Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
Master's degree preferred is a plus.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals and dashboards.
Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings with CRM best practices.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
