Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform focused on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. This role supports CRM customization, data integration, and reporting to drive customer engagement and business insights.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams to tailor Dynamics365 modules (Sales, Service, Marketing), develop Power Platform automations, deliver PowerBI dashboards, ensure data integrity, security, and user

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Microsoft certifications as listed above.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and Power Platform tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
• Develop and optimize Power Automate and Power Apps workflows.
• Support BI reporting with PowerBI and data visualization.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements.
