LATICRETE International, a global construction brand, seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform with focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys.

The role involves integrating Power Platform tools, customizing entities, and supporting PowerBI reporting while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure CRM aligns with business goals and enterprise standards. Travel is expected up to 10% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 or Salesforce.com CRM.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for system integration, custom workflow development and automation.
• Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems.
• Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards to support CRM business intelligence needs.
• Work with stakeholders and technical leadership to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and abide by corporate CRM change-management process.
• Act as primary end-user support professional for Marketing group.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure CRM alignment with organizational goals and enterprise architecture standards.
