Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce CRM.
• Experience in Sales, Service, and Marketing CRM modules.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, integrations, and customization.
• Knowledge of data integrity practices and issue prevention.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Develop and optimize Power Pages / Power Apps portals and dashboards.
• Support data integration between Dynamics 365 Dataverse and other systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide end-user training and documentation.
• Ensure CRM alignment with IT standards and enterprise architecture.
