Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM with focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. The role supports CRM customization, integration using Power Platform tools, and data visualization with PowerBI, coordinating with developers and cross-functional teams to align with business goals.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years with Dynamics365 or Salesforce, strong CRM module proficiency, and certifications in Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field required; master's preferred.
• D365 CRM Associate certification required; expert preferred.
• Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce CRM.
• Proficiency in Sales, Service, and Marketing CRM modules.
• Strong CRM architecture, integration, and customization knowledge.
• Knowledge of data integrity best practices; proactive quality issues handling.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Experience with PowerBI and Dynamics 365 reporting/visualization preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM security standards; excellent problem-solving & communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, Marketing.
• Maintain Power Pages / Power Apps portals; customize entities and dashboards.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings; monitor performance.
• Develop Power Automate workflows for integration and automation.
• Assist BI with PowerBI reports and dashboards for CRM insights.
• Gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Provide end-user training and CRM change-management compliance.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align CRM with architecture.
