LATICRETE International seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the Dynamics365 platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. You’ll support CRM customization, integration using Power Platform tools, and contribute to data visualization efforts with PowerBI.

Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure CRM aligns with business goals and enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• CRM Administration & Customization: manage Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules; customize entities, forms, dashboards; manage roles and security; monitor performance.
• Integration & Reporting: implement Power Platform integrations; support Dataverse data integration; assist BI with PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Collaboration & Support: gather requirements, follow change-management processes; provide end-user training and documentation; liaise with IT and business teams.
