Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM platform with focus on Marketing and Customer Insights journeys. You will support CRM customization, integrate using Power Platform tools, and contribute to data visualization with PowerBI.

Work with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure CRM aligns with business needs and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
Minimum 2 years hands-on Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM experience.
CRM modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing.
Strong CRM architecture, integration and customization knowledge.
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse.
Power BI and Dynamics365 reporting and data visualization preferred.
CRM security standards knowledge; strong problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
Develop and refine Power Pages/Power Apps portals.
Customize entities, workflows, forms, dashboards to meet requirements.
Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
Use Power Automate and Power Apps for integrations and automation.
Assist BI with Power BI reports and dashboards.
Provide end-user training and documentation.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to align CRM with architecture.
