LATICRETE International seeks a Dynamics 365 Administrator to configure and maintain CRM systems. The role focuses on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys, with integration via Power Platform tools and data visualization using Power BI.

The ideal candidate will support CRM customization, manage security, and collaborate with IT and business teams to align CRM with strategic goals. On-site position with travel and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Support data integration and BI reporting with Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide end-user training and support.
