NFI Industries in Savannah, GA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to ensure accurate and timely shipping documentation and to support outbound shipments.

You will use the warehouse management system to process shipments, coordinate with drivers, and maintain records. The role requires a high school diploma, warehouse experience, and proficiency with MS Office; Spanish is a plus. It involves standing and lifting up to 50 pounds and may include varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is expected.
• Experience with Manhattan WMS is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred, not required.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with outbound carriers daily and provide shipment schedules.
• Open/close shipments in the warehouse system and prepare bills of lading.
• Ensure drivers depart with complete paperwork and accurate shipping documents.
• Enter and maintain shipping data and records in the warehouse management system.
• Assist in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading activities.
• Monitor trailer capacity and coordinate with spotters for moves.
• Perform other administrative duties as needed by leadership.
