Job summary

NFI Industries in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Warehouse Operations Clerk to ensure shipping documents are completed accurately and timely. This role reports to the Operations Supervisor or Manager and requires attention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The position involves coordinating outbound shipments, opening/closing shipments in the WMS, preparing bills of lading, and maintaining shipping records.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System preferred.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates via email with outbound carriers daily, providing schedules for outbound shipments and equipment needs.
• Communicates with site personnel to ensure operations meet requirements.
• Receive all drivers and provide direction for outbound shipments.
• Using a warehouse management system, open/close shipments and prepare accurate bills of lading for outbound freight.
• Ensure drivers depart with appropriate paperwork.
• Maintain accuracy of shipping documents per standard operating procedures.
