S&S Activewear in Tennessee seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth across a defined territory. You will build and nurture relationships with owners and key decision-makers, travel 3–4 days per week, and collaborate with Account Managers to optimize service and engagement.

The role requires a Bachelor’s preference, 2+ years of field sales experience, and an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset. Salary is $75,000 to $95,000 annually with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in apparel is highly valued.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage initiatives independently.

Responsabilités

• Drives territory P&L through sales and profitability metrics.
• In-person account engagement with call planning, presentation, and follow-through.
• Builds relationships from ownership to merchandising teams and uncovers growth opportunities.
• Collaborates with Account Managers to optimize service and engagement.
• Leads product launches and strategic sales planning.
