Qualifications

• 5+ years in transportation/ops management or similar roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results.
• Knowledge of driver retention, scheduling, and dispatch processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day terminal operations and dispatch with schedulers.
• Set daily priorities for dispatchers and maintain KPI targets.
• Collaborate with Safety, Driver Recruiting, Customer Service and Sales.
• Monitor margins, P&L, and cost controls to improve profitability.
• Ensure ELD compliance and optimize asset utilization.
• Maintain relationships with independent contractors and fleet.
• Communicate freight needs to scheduling group and M&R teams.
• Drive a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
