Job summary

Santander Consumer USA Inc. is seeking a Teller to assist customers with a range of banking needs, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash handling while following bank policies.

You will support customer engagement, identify opportunities to offer products, and help teammates in a fast-paced environment. This role requires at least 6 months of cash handling and customer service experience, with the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• 6+ months cash handling experience.
• 6+ months demonstrated customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers and assisting with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and risk management to prevent fraud.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Engage customers and educate them on self-service options.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; support nearby branches as needed.
