Responsibilities

• Provide elevated customer service by welcoming customers and assisting with banking needs.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to policies and risk controls.
• Cross-sell bank products to deepen customer relationships.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
