Job summary

Strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort with digital tools are essential. Weekend/evening availability may be required at some locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months cash handling experience required.
• 6+ months demonstrated customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and elevate risk concerns to the appropriate channels.
• Able to follow directions, policies, and procedures.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools to enhance customer engagement.
• Energetic, organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide an elevated level of customer service by welcoming customers and assisting with banking needs.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies and risk management protocols to prevent fraud.
• Recognize opportunities and cross-sell bank products to deepen relationships.
• Engage customers and educate them on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with custodianship, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and welcoming environment.
• Occasionally support nearby branch locations as needed.
