Qualifications

• 6+ months cash handling experience required.
• 6+ months customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to identify and escalate risk to appropriate channels.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools to enhance engagement.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Follow bank policies and risk management protocols to prevent fraud.
• Recognize opportunities to cross-sell banking products.
• Educate customers on self-service options using digital tools.
• Assist with audits, custodianship, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support nearby branches as needed.
