Proman Staffing Perm LLC in Oak Park, IL is seeking a Recruiter to assist walk-in applicants with applications, coordinate group orientations, and handle daily dispatch tasks. You will manage payroll input weekly and maintain accurate candidate and employee records in Avionte.

The role requires strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent communication, multitasking, and the ability to work with diverse teams in a busy office environment. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong PC skills with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment and work with diverse teams.
• Experience with Avionte ATS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service at kiosks and front desk.
• Ensures 100% accuracy of applications, I-9, medical questionnaires and W-4 forms.
• Provides accurate weekly payroll input.
• Conducts pre-employment screening and reference checks.
• Screens candidates to optimize fill rates and assist recruiters.
• Facilitates employee orientation and client-specific testing.
• Communicates job requirements to dispatched employees.
• Maintains relationships with Proman Staffing clients.
• Resolves issues per escalation chart and ensures accurate Avionte data.
• Maintains employee information in the system and updates in Avionte.
• Visits client sites to understand operations and jobs.
• Counsels and coaches employees as needed.
