Qualifications

• Requires strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a busy environment.

• Experience with Avionte ATS is preferred.
• Willingness to adapt to a changing business environment.
• Bilingual Spanish and English may be required.
• This is a sedentary office role with some travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in applicants with job applications and related documents.
• Conduct group orientations prior to placement.
• Manage daily customer communications including requests and arrivals.
• Process weekly payroll input.
• Conduct pre-employment screening and reference checks as needed.
• Maintain accurate application and hiring records in Avionte.
